Hi! So this entry is almost entirely photos, because I have so many that I wanted to share. But I DO have some last musings and revelations coming up in my next blog—the last! A very big special thank you to Kelsey for letting me add one more! My friend Katherine and I having afternoon tea at The Langham Hotel! We ended up having the Mother’s Day tea because we booked it on that day without realizing it was Mother’s Day in England.Roller disco. This was one of my most fun nights here and a good reminder to sometimes say yes to your friends’ invitations when you seriously just want to curl up in bed and binge Friday Night Lights (which one of my friends that I went roller skating with that night actually ended up doing later that weekend. See? You can have it all.).The Maids!! Uzo Aduba was phenomenal, and I was really looking forward to meeting her but she was under the weather. But it honestly means so much more to me that my role models take care of themselves so that they can go out there and give everything to their craft. Uzo gave a truly spectacular performance. (Which is essentially British accent time.) We did a scene from a hilarious British TV show called Miranda.People, Places, Things. This is one of the best plays I’ve ever seen. Such an important story. Such an important commentary on struggling with addiction. I literally ran across the street to get pounds out of the ATM so that I could buy this play right after the show.Cute hotel lobby at Hotel George Astotel for Paris Part Deux!
